1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HaloGary's services ("Services"), including but not limited to our AI voice agent, CRM dashboard, outreach systems, and analytics tools, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Service Description

HaloGary provides AI-based voice agents integrated with CRM capabilities, personalized outreach functionality, and analytics dashboards to streamline customer interactions, bookings, and business communication.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Ensure they have legal rights to use, record, and store data from customer interactions processed through HaloGary.
Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy and telecommunication rules.
Provide accurate company information for billing, CRM syncing, and support purposes.

4. Use of Customer Data

By using our Services, the Client acknowledges and authorizes that:

HaloGary processes voice interactions, transcriptions, metadata (e.g., call time, duration, tone), and follow-up behaviors for the purposes of providing, maintaining, and improving the Services.
This processing may include anonymized and aggregated use for model refinement, feature tuning, and benchmarking across industry cohorts.
Client agrees to obtain any required end-user consent under applicable laws (e.g., PIPEDA, provincial privacy laws).

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including voice models, CRM interfaces, and analytics engines, remain the property of HaloGary Inc. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services during the term of their subscription.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaloGary shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Services.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

HaloGary reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. Clients may terminate use at any point, subject to applicable billing cycles.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
