HaloGary Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data in connection with our Services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Client Data: Business name, contact details, account settings, CRM content.
  • Interaction Data: Audio input, call metadata, transcription, sentiment data, and timestamps.
  • Usage Data: Logs, user interactions with dashboards, email campaign performance.

2. How We Use This Information

  • To deliver and improve our voice AI and CRM products.
  • To monitor system health, usage, and interaction quality.
  • To develop aggregated datasets for feature benchmarking and AI refinement.

Note: We do not sell, lease, or share any identifiable business or user data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored in secure, access-controlled environments on Canadian and U.S.-based cloud infrastructure partners. Encryption is used for storage and transit where applicable.

4. Data Retention

Interaction data is retained for as long as the Client account remains active and up to 90 days post-termination, unless a shorter retention period is requested by the Client in writing.

5. Access and Deletion Requests

Clients may access, export, or delete stored data by contacting v@halogary.com. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
